-All my figures except for a few are made on demand, I don’t produce them in advance unless I have an order, I DONT have stock unless I specify otherwise

-Every figures are modelled by me, printed on my 3D printer at home and handpainted by myself. I paint them in batches to facilitate the process, but I don’t have the production capacity of a big company

Each figure is handpainted, and a such, I tend to tweak the colors a little from a batch to the other, so the colors may vary slightly from the product pictures (nothing too big) !

As mentioned above, i’m not a big company and I do everything by hand. Each figure order I ship has a tracking number, but if there is a problem with the shipping process (lost parcel; big damage on the figure), I WONT be able to refund you. That said, each parcel is packed with care, love, and a lot of padding to protect everything
